The Price Performance Company
Artistic Director:  Andrea Price Covington

The Price Performance Company, formerly known as the Price Dance Ensemble, was founded August 1, 1994 as a subsidiary performing group of Price Performing Arts Center.  The Company was founded with the vision of providing performance and arts development opportunities to students who sincerely desire to pursue various careers within the dance industry, as well as enhance their performance skills.  The Company performs locally and regionally for special events, dance competitions, charitable organizations, outreach programs and select media programs.  The Company was originally founded with 15 members performing choreography in ballet, tap, jazz, modern, lyrical, Pointe, hip-hop and African.

The Company consists of 4 divisions:  SMALL FRY (ages 5-7),  YOUTH (ages 7-9), JUNIORS (ages 10-12),  TEEN (ages 13-15), and  SENIORS (ages 15-18).  These students are required to maintain challenging curriculum schedules and attend repertory classes.  In addition, these students also participate in several Master Technique classes hosted by prominent guest artists and choreographers throughout the United States.  Some of the many accomplishments of these students include:
